Ruffy is a very sweet, small eskie. Hes young and loves to play and wrestle with his bigger doggie "brother". Hes earned the nickname "Ruffy, Tuffy". He'd do great in a home with another dog. He also gets along with his kitty "sister". Ruffy takes a little bit to warm up to strangers, but once he does, you can find him sitting in your lap wanting a good old fashioned belly rub. He is good in the house and crate trained. Hes eager to please and currently in an obedience class, where he is excelling. Ruffy would do best in an active home. He loves to go out for walks and jogs and destuff dog toys. Hes very good at playing fetch and as long as you are willing to throw a ball, hes willing to get it and bring it back to you. Hes a good boy, but needs an experienced eskie owner. Ruffy believes life is about fun and playing and at his age, who can blame him? :-) More about Ruffy of GAGood with Dogs, Good with Cats, Is Not Good with Kids Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered).
