Hi, my name is Hootie! I'm a little 14-week old American Eskimo boy who will probably be miniature-sized when I'm fully grown. (I weigh 10 pounds right now, and I'm still growing!) I'm very hard to photograph because I never sit still! I am VERY busy doing puppy things all the time. Right now I'm still with my brothers and my sister at our foster mommy's house. (Look for their pictures and profiles here on Petfinder.com.)

I'm already neutered and am current so far on my puppy vaccinations (though I'm not old enough yet to have received the whole series of shots I will need). I'm also heartworm negative, but I'm too young to be put on heartworm medication just yet.

I'm the big brother, and I like bossing the others around, but I'm also very brave and love to explore when we go on walks. We all like to chew and chase and bark and run around outside, but I really need one special person to call my own, so I can learn things like manners and how to be a good companion. Are you that special person who will give me all the love I need?

If you're interested in me, we can do what's called an "Eskie Railroad" if I'm not local to you. This is a group of volunteer drivers who will each drive a certain distance to get me to you!
