Hi my name is Roz. I have had a unique existence so far. I never got to be a puppy so now I am making up for lost time. I was never properly trained. This whole new world is really something since I went into rescue. I am learning manners and am working on potty training. I am doing well. I really like my person and don't want to be detached nor do I like her getting out of my sight. I am very high energy, playful, mischevious, and so so cute.

I am looking for someone who has patience and is willing to continue training. I'll let you in on a secret, it won't take long, I was never allowed to reach my full potential, I am really smart, and am learning how to use my smarts for a better life. I am considered medium size, but I am on the very small side of medium. I am underweight, cuz all the other dogs in the shelter stole my food. I like toys. When you choose me, I will bring a toy and you can chase me around the house. Let's have some fun.

Good with Dogs, Not Good with Cats

Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.

If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers.

There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.
